Refund policy
At Svasa, every piece is thoughtfully created, with many of our products being handmade, handloom or individually finished. Please keep the following in mind when placing your order:
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, unless the product is unavailable with us.
- Colour variations are natural in handmade and handloom products. Colours may also appear slightly different across screens and lighting conditions; therefore, an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed.
- Worn, used, altered or customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item from us.
- Any concern regarding your purchase must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. We will be unable to address requests received beyond this period.
- For damage or an incorrect product, an unboxing video is necessary to help us review and resolve the concern.
- Minor variations in weave, embroidery, print, texture or finish are characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
We value every Svasa purchase and our team will always be happy to assist you with any genuine concern.
Customisation & Made-to-Order
We’re happy to create a piece especially for you. A few things to keep in mind:
- Measurements: Please share measurements as per our measurement form. Your garment will be made accordingly.
- Ready Sizing: We recommend choosing one size above your bra size. Please refer to our Ready-to-Wear Size Chart on the website.
- Alterations: Once completed as per the measurements provided, any alterations or changes requested thereafter will be chargeable.
- Timeline: We generally dispatch within 10 working days. Extensive customisation in design, pattern or detailing may require a few additional days.
- Lining: Wherever required, lining is pre-washed before use. As it is sourced specifically for each order, an exact colour match cannot always be guaranteed. We will choose the closest suitable shade available.
- Changes: Once work has begun, changes to measurements, design or pattern may not always be possible.
A little care while sharing your measurements and preferences helps us create your Svasa piece beautifully.
At Svasa, our blouses are created as individual design pieces and styled with sarees to show how we envision the look. Since colour pairing and what works with a particular saree can be quite personal, we’re unable to guarantee a match unless it has been specifically discussed as part of a customised order. As mentioned in our policy at the time of purchase, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on this basis.
Our styling images are intended as inspiration. Colour coordination and suitability with a customer’s own saree are subjective and are not grounds for return or exchange.
