Choosing Your Blouse Size
The easiest way to estimate your blouse measurement is to choose one size bigger than your bra measurement. For example, if your bra size is 36, you should choose size 38 for your blouse size.
Customization of Blouses
At Svasa Design, we understand that every woman’s body is unique and not everyone may fit into a standard blouse size.
You may need further adjustments for cup sizes, shoulders and arms – so, we undertake customization as required.
Please note: Customization requests should be mentioned at the time of placing the order so that we can take them into account when we start processing your order.
We do not provide cash on delivery. Payment is to made via our website or bank transfer / UPI. The order will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment.
The expected turn-around time for an order is approximately 8 to 10 days. However, this is general timeline and will not apply to all cases.
Orders with multiple customization points (such as for size, design and embellishments) are expected to take longer as crafted perfection needs time.
We partner with shipping and courier agencies to deliver your packages. The time taken by the courier to deliver your package is beyond us, and we cannot be held responsible for longer timelines taken by courier companies (especially for overseas packages). Expedited / Urgent Delivery Requests
If you need your blouse to be tailored within a very short timeline (due to an occasion such as a wedding or a function), please let us know about this requirement while placing your order.
Kindly allow us time to review your said deadline and our own workload before committing to an expedited timeline.
Orders that have been placed earlier (as regular orders) cannot be rushed through after we have started work on them.
Please note: Time taken for delivery to other cities in India or overseas is beyond us, so please factor this in while placing your order for expedited / urgent delivery requests. For further queries related to urgent delivery requests, please reach out to us at +919962643353.
Exchange / Returns
Products that are damaged upon receipt (i.e. before first-time use by the customer) can be flagged for returns.
The request for return should be raised to our team immediately upon receipt of the product (via WhatsApp at +919962643353), and the product should be returned to our facility within 7 business days of purchase for processing of returns.
Returns are applicable ONLY for off-the-shelf products without any customization.
Final approval for returns and refund rests with Svasa Designs.
If a return is approved, we will look into refunding the amount charged. You can look into buying any other product of your choice after receiving the refund.
Customized products (no matter what the extent of customization) cannot be returned. Each pattern, measurement and thread used is customized to your liking and fit, and we are unable to reusing or reselling them.
