An ivory base is one of our favourite handloom yardage. This time the attempt was to design it completely out of the ordinary .The slit at the back closed on either side with fabric piping coiled beautifully to create a button. The embroidery in snuff brown outlined with black. Paisley shaped floral motifs on either side of the slit and tiny motifs along the back and front .The border is a woven ilkal in threads. SNUFF AND IVORY an unusual but vibrant.
