Returns are At SVASA, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and many of our products are made in limited quantities or customised specially for you. We request you to read our policy before placing an order.
Returns
As most of our products are handmade, made-to-order, customised, or exclusive, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to the product description, size details, and images carefully before making your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for us to process any claim. Claims made without a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a suitable replacement or resolution.
Handmade Variations
Slight variations in weave, embroidery, print placement, texture, or colour are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
