The naturally dyed and traditional weave of Bhujodi is something we have been waiting to present for the longest time. The dark jade green Bomkai border from Odisha was the best fusion with this weave. What beautiful colors that came together as we embroidered them in the colors of Rust with an outline in black. With a pointed drop neck at the back lined with the Bomkai border and rounded “V” in front. Borders in geometry and naturally coarse weaves from the village tribes bring back the most nostalgic memories of our revivals. We draped it with a Jade green Kandangi saree another village weave. BHUJODI AND TRADITIONS is one of our best revivals for the week.
